Refunds and Returns

We want you to share the same joy as we do when receiving your goods. There is nothing like unboxing an exciting new package.

If our products have not lived up to your expectations please let us know – we are committed to making things right.

If you wish to return your goods we have a few options for you

• If your goods are still in their original packaging and unopened you can return them to us within 7 days for a full refund. We only require that you pay the return delivery costs. We offer return shipping through our own courier provider, but you are welcome to arrange this yourself.
• If your goods are already opened you can still return them to us in their original packaging for a refund. Depending on the nature of the goods we may charge a restocking fee of up to 20%.
• With respect to the nature of some of our products, most notably from our DIY selection, some equipment, unfortunately, cannot be returned once you have used it.

Cancellation of an order

• Due to the automated nature of our fulfillment, cancellation requests prior to shipping are not guaranteed.
  
• Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. After the order has been received you may request a return as per our return policy.

Warranty

• If you encounter any defects please let us know as soon as possible. 
• All products carry a minimum warranty of 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Some products carry a manufacturer warranty as stipulated on the products page.
